Michelle Pitt is the Founder and CEO of Carter Resolution Group (CRG), a firm dedicated exclusively to resident concern and complaint resolution for property management organizations.
 

With experience in structured corporate complaint-resolution environments. Unresolved resident concerns directly impact operational efficiency, brand reputation, compliance exposure, and resident retention. CRG was established to help property management teams address these issues professionally and consistently, without adding strain to internal staff or workflows. Michelle holds a degree in Sociology from Shaw University and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Based in Texas, she leads CRG with a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and measurable results for property management organizations nationwide.
